Day 2 - The Day that Doesn't Exist

Day 2: 12-31-04 Poof.(In Transit)
TIME WARP: Unfortunately, New Years occurred at about 5AM eastern time for us. This made it difficult to celebrate as everyone on the plane (including myself) was passed out for the most part. Regardless, we were some of the first people on the planet to experience the new year, as we crossed the dateline not too long after the sun did. Pretty cool. The time zone difference in New Zealand is -18 hours, or add 6 hours and subtract a day. If anyone wants to know what tomorrow will be like, ask me, I’m already there.
